In meditation do you silence the thought?
Don’t silence your thoughts let it float ,leave your thoughts alone.
Awareness of the thought is not thought. Yes its deep thinking by great #DeepakChopra
But only till you learn to practice and and form it into your daily mind.
Try taking even one conscious breath now. It can make a big difference in your mind.
